Gelatrix™ – Revolutionizing Bone Regeneration
The Technology Behind Gelatrix™
Traditional bone grafts—autografts, allografts, and synthetics—often suffer from limitations such as immune rejection, infection risk, low osteoinductivity, or donor site morbidity. Gelatrix overcomes these limitations with a synthetic, safe, and highly effective alternative that eliminates the need for donor tissue and reduces clinical complications.
- Light-Curable Bioadhesive: Gelatrix activates with a dental curing light, enabling rapid, chairside application that conforms to complex defect geometries—minimizing surgery time and maximizing precision.
- Injectable & Minimally Invasive: Designed for ease of use, Gelatrix is delivered as an injectable hydrogel, ensuring seamless application even in deep or irregular bone defects.
- Nanocomposite Architecture: Our hydrogel is reinforced with bioactive nanosilicates, promoting accelerated osteogenesis (bone formation) and improved tissue integration.
- Embedded Antimicrobial Peptides: Gelatrix features a built-in defense mechanism through sustained-release antimicrobial peptides that actively combat infection at the defect site—critical for long-term healing in high-risk environments.
- Polymeric Scaffold Matrix: The biocompatible polymer backbone ensures robust mechanical support, ideal adhesion to wet tissue surfaces, and compatibility with a variety of implant shapes and materials.

We are committed to advancing biofunctional biomaterials that blend engineering, biology, and clinical practicality.
How Gelatrix Works
Apply the injectable hydrogel directly into the bone void or defect
Activate the material using a visible light source (standard dental/orthopedic curing light)
Adhere & Regenerate – Gelatrix immediately forms a bioadhesive scaffold, conforming to tissue and initiating bone healing.
